Job summary

ABEC Bethlehem PA is seeking an Engineering Administrator to support engineering and design activities at the site, administering processes, data, and documentation. This role ensures workflow execution and continuous improvement while collaborating with global Engineering leadership.

You will handle part numbers, BOMs, ECNs/ERNs, and data integrity, enabling engineers and managers to focus on technical work. This onsite, full-time position requires strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Associate or higher in engineering-related field.
• 1-3 years in engineering, manufacturing, or technical administration.
• Experience with ERP/PLM and document management preferred.
• Experience creating BOMs, part numbers, or engineering changes is a plus.
• Strong organization, multitasking, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain part numbers and master data.
• Support BOM creation and modification of BOMs per processes.
• Coordinate ECNs, ERNs, and related documentation with approvals.
• Maintain engineering documents and data in ERP/PLM systems.
• Develop process maps, workflows, templates, and SOPs.
• Assist with standardized engineering admin processes across sites.
• Provide admin support to Engineering incl. metrics and dashboards.
• Coordinate meetings and follow-ups.
