ABEC, based in Bethlehem, PA, seeks a Project Engineering Supervisor to lead a team of project engineers delivering customized bioprocess equipment from concept through customer acceptance. This is a full-time, onsite role at our Bethlehem facility, offering a path to shape engineering strategy and grow future leaders in a globally expanding company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Biological, or related Engineering.
• Experience leading engineering teams.
• Strong mechanical and process equipment design knowledge.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, coach, and develop a team of Project Engineers.
• Coordinate engineering priorities, schedules, and workloads.
• Ensure engineering deliverables meet quality, schedule, and budget ABEC standards.
• Act as a primary technical resource and escalation point for the engineering team.
• Collaborate with Project Management, Manufacturing, Automation, Electrical Engineering, Quality, and Operations teams.
