Job summary

The role requires a BS in Engineering, 5 years in bio/pharm or piping systems, and 2 years in automation related to bioprocesses. Experience leading engineers and coordinating cross-functional teams is preferred. Onsite role with travel to customer sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
• 5 years post-graduate engineering experience in Biopharma or piping systems market preferred
• 2 years experience supporting automation and control systems in bioprocesses preferred
• 5 years in engineering leadership coordinating and directing others

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct engineering and design activities to drive innovation and deliver products.
• Coordinate work of engineers, establish priorities and schedules based on project requirements.
• Ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget per specifications and procedures.
• Act as liaison between team members and other departments to resolve issues.
• Travel to customer sites and worldwide manufacturing facilities as required.
