Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in healthcare, sterile processing, surgical technology, medical device support, customer service, or related field.
• Strong communication and ability to collaborate across clinical teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support to OR, SPD, and BioMed teams, ensuring seamless surgical operations.
• Set up, inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot video towers, camera systems, and light sources.
• Assist in surgical procedures by addressing equipment issues in real time.
• Coordinate repairs and service requests to maintain equipment readiness.
• Transport and sterilize instruments according to hospital policies.
• Deliver excellent customer service and technical support to healthcare professionals.
