Job summary

PennEngineering® in Danboro, PA seeks an experienced IT Lead to administer desktop support for manufacturing and corporate users. You will manage PCs, printers, mobile devices, and plant equipment, while overseeing IT asset lifecycles across North America and supporting AV systems in hybrid meeting spaces.

The role requires hands-on troubleshooting, strong communication, and the ability to collaborate with the corporate IT team on projects and security/compliance. Intune proficiency preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of desktop or end-user IT support experience, preferably multi-site.
• Strong Windows OS, MS 365, AD, and core troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and IT inventory lifecycle.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite IT support for the Danboro, PA facility across manufacturing and corporate users.
• Provide hands-on desktop support for PCs, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Maintain and support plant equipment and production interfaces.
• Oversee IT asset lifecycle: procurement, deployment, tracking, reclamation, disposal.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and coordinate asset shipments/transfers.
• Support video conferencing and AV systems in hybrid spaces.
• Collaborate with corporate IT on network/telephony; assist enterprise projects.
• Provide VIP support at corporate HQ when needed; document incidents via ticketing system.
• Use Intune for device provisioning and endpoint management; enforce security/compliance.
