Qualifications

• Active North Carolina SLP license is required.

• Commitment to onsite-only service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Assess students to identify speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders.
• Document findings and develop customized treatment plans aligned to student needs.
• Deliver direct therapy through evidence-based methods.
• Maintain accurate records and required compliance documentation.
• Partner with teachers, administrators, and caregivers to support student success.
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary planning.
• Foster a nurturing, inclusive atmosphere conducive to learning.
