Job summary

RTX in Melbourne, Florida is seeking an on-site Electronics Test Technician to ensure product specifications and tolerances are met through blueprint-driven testing. You will document results, operate test equipment, and assist in safety and quality programs while coordinating with other teams to keep schedules.

The role requires a U.S. Person and a HS diploma (or equivalent), with preferred AS in Electronics Technology and experience with RF/instrumentation.

Qualifications

• U.S. Person eligibility and HS diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Export authorization eligibility required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Follow blueprints/diagrams to meet specifications and tolerances.
• Perform functional testing per established procedures.
• Monitor tests and record data; service test equipment as required.
• Document acceptance or failure results of tests.
• Operate hand/machine tools and electronic test equipment.
• Load/unload electronic equipment in test beds according to procedures.
• Comply with safety and quality programs and participate in improvements.
• Coordinate with other teams to update or resolve issues.
