Alertus Technologies in Baltimore is seeking an Electronic Assembler to join the Operations team onsite. The role focuses on electronics assembly, troubleshooting, and ensuring hardware is produced, validated, and shipped to meet customer requirements.

This office-based position reports to the HQ in Baltimore daily and requires strong soldering and diagnostic skills in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with hand-soldering electronic components.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints and schematics.
• Hands-on proficiency with general power tools and electronic diagnostic equipment (e.g., multimeters).
• Strong problem-solving and cross-department collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and hand-solder all levels of electronic components for production.
• Read and interpret engineering blueprints for devices and components.
• Rework, repair, and modify PCBs and assemblies to spec.
• Produce and ship Alertus hardware.
• Manage bench stock to ensure timely production flow.
• Troubleshoot and repair broken equipment.
• Use general power tools to fabricate Alertus equipment.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
