Job summary

Client Solution Architects is seeking an Electronic Classroom Technical Support Specialist to support our Navy client onsite at Great Lakes, IL. You will ensure training infrastructure is functional and secure, and you will manage user accounts in the enterprise network.

The role requires an Interim or active Secret clearance, a HS Diploma or equivalent (and a Bachelor's degree/certifications), plus 3 years of relevant experience in system and network administration, maintenance, and

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years of relevant experience in electronic/classroom IT support.
• Experience with electronic documentation, system administration, network administration, and database administration.
• Security+ or equivalent certification.
• Experience with connectivity, interoperability, operational readiness, and security/compliance systems maintenance.
• Experience with system and hardware/software administration and integration.
• Experience with routine maintenance, including break/fix, backup/recovery, and inventory/asset management.

• Clearance: Must possess Interim or an active Secret clearance

Physical Requirements
