Responsibilities

• Utilize advanced mechanical and electrical expertise to keep plant machinery operational.
• Address equipment malfunctions and perform preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Provide technical guidance to in-house teams on maintenance projects.
• Assist with basic craft duties as required.
• Use precision tools to ensure accurate repairs.
• Train and assess production and craft staff qualifications.
• Maintain tools, ladders, and equipment; support OSHA inspections.
• Document maintenance activities with work orders and logs.
• Keep shared work areas clean and organized.
• Support upkeep of electrical substations and infrastructure.
• Oversee procurement and inventory of essential parts.
• Move equipment, furniture, and supplies throughout the facility.
• Perform general facility maintenance including coatings and paint.
• Support internal safety and housekeeping initiatives.
• Perform additional tasks as requested by management.
