BE&K Building Group is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to lead project execution on site in Indianapolis, IN. You will direct field teams, manage schedule, safety, quality, and coordination with owners, architects, and subcontractors.

The role emphasizes constructability reviews, logistics planning, and turnover readiness, with travel as required. You will partner with the Project Manager and senior team to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering (not required).
• 8–12 years of experience on electrical-focused construction projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to balance budget, schedule, and quality across projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site activities with OSHA safety compliance.
• Direct field personnel according to the project plan.
• Maintain project schedule, baseline and six-week look-ahead reporting.
• Ensure safety, quality and compliance with scope; manage risks.
• Coordinate with clients, BE&K team members and subcontractors.
• Lead meetings for turnover, safety, progress, and closeout.
• Prepare documentation and manage site utilization plans.
