Dynalectric Company in Virginia is seeking an entry-level Operations Manager to help plan, organize and oversee electrical construction projects from start to finish. This role supports Project Managers and site teams in delivering on schedule and within budget.

You will assist with cost reporting, procurement, submittals, drawing take-offs, and closeout activities while ensuring safety and quality. Onsite work is required on projects in the Washington, DC area.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize a project under the directions of a Project Manager
• Monitor project activities to ensure on schedule and within budget
• Prepare monthly costing reports under supervision of the Project Manager
• Procurement of materials; drawing take-off/estimating; preparation of change orders
