Dynalectric Company is seeking a seasoned project manager to oversee electrical construction initiatives at US-VA-Dulles. The role emphasizes leading project teams, managing budgets, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout project lifecycles.

You will collaborate with foremen, engineers, estimators, and subcontractors to define scope, monitor progress, and drive value engineering opportunities while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading electrical construction projects.
• Strong budget management and cost control skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to mentor project teams and coordinate cross-functional groups.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites.

Responsabilités

• Maintain exceptional customer service and build client relationships.
• Monitor budgets, costs, and monthly Work-In-Progress.
• Define scope with foreman and engineers; manage change orders.
• Prepare schedules with milestones and report progress.
• Ensure safety on job sites and coordinate with subcontractors.
