Akkodis is seeking an Electrical Hardware Design Engineer in Costa Mesa, CA for a 6-month, 100% onsite contract. The role focuses on designing and improving PCB-based hardware, with emphasis on schematic capture, layout, and debugging.

You will develop analog and power electronics, work with Altium or Cadence tools, and own the hardware design from concept through production. U.S. citizenship required.

Qualifications

• Experience designing PCB-based electrical hardware.
• Ability to troubleshoot field and manufacturing failures.
• Experience with analog and power electronics.

Responsibilities

• Design and improve PCB hardware, including schematic capture and layout.
• Develop analog/power electronics for sensors and drivers.
• Troubleshoot hardware and perform root-cause analysis.
• Support hardware lifecycle from requirements to production.
