APG Electric in Clearwater, FL is seeking a Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC) Manager to ensure electrical installations meet company standards, project specs, and NEC. You will conduct inspections, monitor field work, and coordinate with project managers and superintendents to uphold workmanship.

This role requires a minimum 5+ years in electrical construction, strong knowledge of electrical systems and drawings, NEC, and QA/QC or supervisory experience.

Formación

• Minimum 5+ years of electrical construction experience required.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and installation practices.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of NEC and construction quality standards.
• Previous QA/QC or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct quality control inspections of electrical installations.
• Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and codes.
• Identify deficiencies and coordinate corrective actions.
• Work with Project Managers and Superintendents to maintain quality standards.
• Review electrical drawings and project documentation.
• Monitor installation practices and workmanship.
• Maintain QA/QC documentation and inspection reports.
• Assist with project closeout and punch list completion.
• Verify installations meet NEC and project requirements.
• Support field teams in resolving quality-related issues.
• Participate in site visits and project meetings.
• Promote company quality standards and continuous improvement.
