Qualifications

• 10+ years of electrical construction experience.
• Previous experience as a Superintendent or Senior Field Leader.
• Strong knowledge of NEC, OSHA, and electrical construction methods.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple electrical projects across various job sites and direct field staff.
• Enforce safety policies, conduct jobsite safety audits, and ensure corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain project schedules with Project Managers; monitor manpower and productivity.
• Ensure high-quality workmanship and compliance with contract documents and codes.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Estimators, and Operations leadership; participate in meetings.
• Mentor and develop Superintendents and Foremen; support training and development.
