Job summary

Chapel Electric Co., LLC is seeking a Project Manager to oversee project engineers and assistant PMs, coordinating scheduling with project supervisors. This in-person role requires ensuring adherence to SOPs, clear understanding of scopes, tasks, and schedules, and efficient resource management to meet budgets and timelines.

The candidate will lead meetings with internal and external stakeholders, manage project finances, and ensure compliance with safety and building regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical construction or similar industry is required.
• Knowledge of project management and document control processes is expected.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel) is required.

Responsibilities

• Drive project flow from inception to completion.
• Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and implementation for projects.
• Support field personnel with subcontractor relations and problem resolution.
• Ensure compliance with safety, codes, and environmental regulations.
• Prepare budgets, progress reports, and cost tracking reports.
• Collaborate with engineers, estimators, and purchasing on subcontractors and materials.
• Host meetings to review schedules, deliveries, and work plans.
