Job summary

ERM is hiring motivated, hands-on Environmental, Health, & Safety Technicians to support our key client onsite in Phoenix, Arizona. This is a full-time, dayshift or night shift, split‑schedule (3 days on, 4 days off, 4 days on, 3 days off), limited-term role for 12 months.

The ideal candidate has EHS experience with large equipment installation and commissioning in the semiconductor industry, plus OSHA 30-hour training and strong safety knowledge.

Qualifications

• Requires EHS experience with health, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• OSHA 30-hour construction training or ability to obtain.
• Familiarity with safety plans, job hazard analysis and incident investigations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Teams; strong written/verbal skills.

Responsibilities

• Observe mechanical installations and commissioning; identify hazards and compliance gaps.
• Perform EHS audits to ensure client and regulatory compliance.
• Review and sign off on Safety Review Board and Permit to Work forms.
• Verify PPE usage and organize safety equipment and PPE supplies.
• Provide field coaching and safety assessments to improve performance.
• Maintain records and analyze data in Excel; support safety meetings.
