Job summary

ERM is hiring a motivated Senior EHS Technician to support our technology client onsite in Phoenix, AZ. This full-time, 12-month role requires hands-on experience with OSHA requirements, safety plans, risk assessment, and contractor safety management.

The role involves safety audits, data analysis in Excel, reporting to EHS leadership, and active participation in safety meetings and drills. A bachelor’s degree and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in EHS support.
• Familiar with OSHA requirements and health and safety programs.
• On-call 24/7 availability for escalations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update safety audit logs and track corrective actions.
• Analyze data in Excel and present findings with PowerPoint; use Outlook/Teams for coordination.
• Provide weekly activity reports to EHS Managers and Senior Specialists.
• Support Safety Committee Meetings and monthly safety walks.
• Assist with Emergency Action Plan and drills as scheduled.
• Conduct audits to assess compliance with safety and environmental requirements.
• Support near-miss/incident investigations as requested by client EHS personnel.
• Ensure proper use of PPE and organize safety supplies.
• Serve as a liaison with clients and provide safety-related feedback to site EHS leads.
• Develop EHS procedures, plans, and reports; assist project delivery across ERM.
