Job summary

Dorman is seeking an EHS Specialist to review and improve work environments, design safety programs, and ensure OSHA and regulatory compliance. The role is onsite, with typical hours 7:00AM–3:30PM or 8:00AM–4:30PM, Monday through Friday, and offers a base salary in a defined US range plus bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• Experience applying OSHA, EPA and NIOSH rules and regulations.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain accuracy.
• Proven attention to detail in safety programs and training.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and oversee training of all written regulatory compliance programs.
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis.
• Develop site-specific safety plans and policies.
• Coordinate safety audits, inspections, and hazard assessments.
• Collaborate with HR on worker’s compensation and return-to-work policies.
• Prepare safety reports and maintain documentation in EHS systems.
