Dover Fueling Solutions seeks an EHS Specialist to support and manage EHS topics for our manufacturing and technology teams in Austin, TX. You will help with lockout, confined space, emergency response, hazard communication, and waste management while maintaining records and supporting internal audits.

The role requires baseline safety experience, knowledge of integrated management systems, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; B.S./A.S. in Health & Safety preferred.
• Experience with OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001 and Integrated Management Systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Minimum of 2 years' safety experience; manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for EHS topics including Lockout, Confined Space, Emergency Response, Hazard Communication.
• Troubleshoot safety and environmental issues; assist in audits and program evaluations.
• Write technical and management system reports and documents.
• Lead cross-disciplinary teams to plan and manage key EHS issues.
• Maintain EHS controls and documentation procedures.
• Oversee subcontractor support for the EHS department as needed.
• Instruct safety training for employees, temps, and contractors.
• Support the EHS department as a knowledgeable resource.
