Zusammenfassung

Dover Food Retail is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Specialist to partner with the site operations team and drive safety as a core value. You will support the plant EHS Manager, lead training, and help maintain regulatory compliance across the facility.

The role requires strong communication, field experience in manufacturing, and knowledge of OSHA, EPA, NFPA, and ANSI standards. Hybrid training is possible with the right candidate.

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree or 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Aufgaben

• Investigate, recognize, report, and recommend corrective actions on safety and environmental issues.
• Communicate safety priorities and regulatory updates across the facility.
• Coordinate daily safety discussions with supervisors and shop floor personnel.
• Conduct daily Gemba walks.
• Assist with incident investigations.
• Develop and deliver EHS training aligned with OSHA requirements.
