Job summary

Conagra Brands is seeking an experienced EHS leader to manage plant environmental, health, and safety programs across our facility in Denver. You will drive safety culture, regulatory compliance, and sustainability initiatives while leading training, audits, and incident investigations.

The role requires 5+ years in manufacturing EHS, a BSP or CSP preferred, and strong skills in data analysis and reporting. Onsite role with competitive pay and benefits, plus career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial hygiene, safety, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of EHS experience in manufacturing.
• Certified Safety Professional (CSP) preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and DOT regulations.
• Experience leading audits and risk assessments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage environmental, health and safety programs for the facility.
• Direct environmental compliance and performance activities per regulations and standards.
• Ensure timely completion and submission of required environmental reports.
• Promote a safe workplace through training, monitoring, and improvement programs.
• Plan and deliver EHS training for managers and employees.
• Support incident investigations and regulatory reporting.
• Conduct facility inspections and audits to identify hazards and drive corrective actions.
• Facilitate safety committee activities and support subcommittees.
• Administer workers' compensation processes and case management.
• Guide teams toward compliance with federal, state, and local regs.
