Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 7-9 years of EHS work experience.
• Or high school diploma with 15+ years of EHS work experience.
• Strong communication and training skills.
• Proficient in regulatory compliance and risk management.
• Experience with budgeting and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Lead EHS policy compliance across the site and ensure regulatory adherence.
• Develop and manage the EHS budget for the location.
• Create and implement EHS Annual Operating Plans and Action Plans.
• Achieve annual Lost Time, Recordable, Severity, and Environmental targets.
• Conduct training, audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
