Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• CSP certification preferred.
• Life Sciences/pharma industry including GMP/GXP knowledge required.
• Experience managing flagship pharmaceutical secondary manufacturing.
• Ability to communicate complex information and guide teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead investigations into incidents, near-misses, and injuries with detailed root cause reports (5-Why, DMAIC).
• Perform site risk assessments, safety audits, and safety meetings to identify hazards.
• Track and manage HSE KPIs and risks; develop strategic risk management strategies.
• Assist with implementing playbooks and procedures to drive program consistency and efficiency.
• Ensure regulatory, legal, and compliance requirements are met; communicate findings to stakeholders.
