Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Health, Safety and Environment Manager in Peachtree Corners, GA to lead the development and implementation of HSE programs for small to mid-size clients. You will drive compliance, manage risk strategies, and monitor incident data to prevent recurrence.

Responsibilities include promoting a proactive safety culture, reviewing playbooks, and collaborating with stakeholders to resolve issues while aligning with CBRE RISE values and organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Local authority certifications as required.
• Ability to convey complex information clearly and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement health, safety, and environmental programs for clients.
• Promote a proactive culture to influence stakeholders and ensure compliance.
• Assist with playbooks and procedures; drive program consistency and efficiency.
• Manage initiatives to meet regulatory, legal, and compliance requirements.
• Track risks and develop strategies to prevent incidents.
• Monitor injury, illness, and incident reports and recommend mitigations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance within accounts and coordinate with management.
• Identify concerns with stakeholders and report findings to managers.
• Lead by example and model CBRE's RISE values to align interests.
• Apply disciplinary knowledge to achieve team and department goals.
