Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead investigations into incidents, near-misses, and injuries with root-cause reports (5-WHY, DMAIC).
• Perform site risk assessments, safety audits, and safety meetings to identify and mitigate hazards.
• Track and manage HSE KPIs and risks; develop strategic risk management strategies.
• Assist with playbooks and procedures; ensure initiatives drive program consistency and efficiency.
• Ensure regulatory, legal and compliance requirements are met; monitor injury and incident reports.
