Richelieu Foods, Inc. is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety Manager to oversee safety initiatives at the Beaver Dam, WI plant. The role ensures a safe work environment and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

The manager will lead audits, investigations, and training while partnering with site leadership to sustain ongoing safety improvements and operational excellence at this manufacturing site.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in environmental health & safety or related field.
• 5-7 years of progressive safety leadership experience.
• Extensive knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety management principles.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, plan, and execute plant safety initiatives.
• Provide guidance for the plant’s safety management program.
• Lead safety audits, incident investigations, and risk assessments.
• Develop and deliver safety training programs for staff.
• Collaborate with site safety leaders on policies and objectives.
