Job summary

Trinity Health IHA Medical Group in Southeast Michigan is seeking an EHR Clinical Analyst I to deliver high-quality EHR training, support, and optimization for Clinical staff. You will support process improvement, reporting, and successful adoption of the EHR system across the organization.

The role involves onsite work with occasional remote flexibility, and duties include training delivery, materials creation, and resolving EHR-related issues to ensure smooth go-lives and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience in healthcare IT.
• Credentials/licensure: CMA, RN, or RHIT preferred.
• 1–3 years’ relevant work experience with EHR in a medical practice environment; IHA office experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conducts new hire EHR classroom training and ongoing refresher training.
• Creates and updates Clinical training materials and job aids.
• Answers the Clinical EHR support phone line to address questions and troubleshoot issues.
• Manages and resolves incoming support tickets.
• Performs site visits to assigned practices to assess current-state workflows.
• Provides in-person “elbow support” to Clinical support staff during implementations and go-lives.
