Qualifications

• 7+ years in Enterprise Content Management with 4+ years configuring OpenText Documentum D2 (v16.x/v20.x).
• 3+ years of Microsoft SharePoint (Online/On‑Premises).
• Strong experience in MDM, XML/JSON configurations, and SQL database structures.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ECM lifecycle strategy including taxonomy, metadata, retention, and access models.
• Act as onsite SME for Documentum D2 config, UI customizations, and lifecycle rules.
• Architect integrations between Documentum D2, SharePoint, EAM platforms, and engineering tools.
• Drive digital handovers for thousands of drawings and vendor documents into active operations.
