Danta Technologies in Houston, TX is seeking an experienced Documentum Architect (ECM) for an onsite, long-term role. The candidate will architect and implement enterprise ECM solutions using OpenText Documentum, D2, xCP, and related tools.

You will work in a fast-paced environment with Agile practices, lead upgrades and deployment, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive performance and security.

Hi,

We have an immediate opening for a Documentum Architect (ECM) in Houston, TX (Onsite).

Position: Documentum Architect (ECM)

Location: Houston, TX (Onsite)

Duration: Long Term

Pay rate @ $70/hr on W2 (all inclusive)

Experience & Qualifications

• 12-15 years of relevant experience in ECM / Documentum ecosystem
• Large-scale enterprise ECM implementations
• Managed services / support + transformation engagements
• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science / IT or related field

Must-Have Technical Skills

• Strong experience in OpenText Documentum platform, including:
• Documentum Content Server
• Documentum D2 (mandatory)
• xCP / Webtop / WDK

Proven Expertise In

• Documentum Upgrades, Installations, and Configuration
• Documentum Development (DQL, BOF, Workflows, Methods)
• Extensive hands-on experience with:
• xECM for SAP (mandatory)
• Brava Viewer integration (mandatory)
• InfoArchive (mandatory)
• Strong understanding of:
• Content lifecycle management
• Repository design & security models
• Performance tuning & troubleshooting

Key Technical Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Documentum D2 Development (mandatory)
• Solid understanding of Documentum core fundamentals (repository, object model, workflows)
• Experience with DFC development (good to have)
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure (IaaS/PaaS, storage, deployment models)
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment

Architecture & Engineering Competencies

• Strong knowledge of modern architecture patterns:
• SOLID Principles
• MVC, N-tier Architecture
• RESTful APIs & SOA
• Microservices & Modular Monoliths
• Event-driven architecture
• Domain Driven Design (DDD)
• Experience in:
• Asynchronous and parallel processing
• Scalable distributed system design

Technical Skills & Tooling

• Strong foundation in computer science concepts (data structures, algorithms, OOP)
• Experience in:
• Relational data modeling & schema design
• SQL (Oracle / SQL Server preferred)
• DevOps exposure:
• Git / Version Control Systems
• CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps / Jenkins)
• Knowledge of:
• Cloud deployment models
• Containerization (Docker)
• Orchestration (Kubernetes)
