Job summary

Crystal Stairs, Inc. is seeking a Program Coordinator for the R&R Early Childhood Education program.

The role leads delivery of Quality Start Los Angeles (QSLA), the Child Care Initiative Project (CCIP), and related trainings, while managing a team of supervisors and coordinating with partner agencies to meet contract and budget requirements. You will supervise staff, ensure compliance with fiscal and programmatic requirements, and foster partnerships with providers and community

Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, or related field; Master’s a plus.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory and project management experience in ECE or related field.

Responsibilities

• Plan, administer and monitor programs to ensure contract and budget compliance.
• Oversee coordination of QSLA, CCIP, Resource Center, and ECE trainings.
• Identify and sustain child care provider partnerships and stakeholder engagement.
• Ensure timely invoicing and reporting; maintain records for audits.
• Comply with policies, assist data collection and analysis to improve operations.
• Oversee procurement of goods and services per agency procedures.
• Represent the program at meetings and with partner organizations.
• Supervise staff, conduct performance reviews, and provide coaching.
