Job summary

Crystal Stairs, Inc. in Los Angeles, CA, is hiring a Program Manager (Coordinator) for the R&R Early Childhood Education program.

You will lead delivery of QSLA, CCIP, and related services, guiding a team of supervisors and coordinating with partner agencies to meet contract goals. This role requires a BA/BS in a relevant field, supervisory and project management experience, and the ability to work with diverse providers.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Child Development, ECE, or related Human/Social Services field; Master's preferred is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory and project management experience in ECE or related settings.
• Experience coordinating major projects, trainings, and partnerships with diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Plan, administer and monitor programs to ensure contract and budget compliance.
• Coordinate QSLA, CCIP, Resource Center, and ECE PD trainings with staff.
• Cultivate partnerships with child care providers and stakeholders.
• Submit invoices and reports timely; maintain records for audits.
• Ensure compliance with contracts and collect data to evaluate programs.
• Oversee procurement of goods and services.
• Represent program at professional meetings; engage in partnerships.
• Supervise staff: hiring, onboarding, training, mentoring, reviews.
• Provide leadership and coaching through regular check-ins.
• Perform other duties as assigned by program managers.
