Job summary

Catalyst Family Inc. seeks a Program Lead to manage program quality and staffing in a licensed childcare center. You will coach and mentor teaching staff, observe classroom practices, and drive improvements aligned with ERS and PITC/CA frameworks.

You will oversee planning, implementation, assessment, and compliance, ensuring safe, engaging environments for infants, toddlers, and school-age children. Leadership and collaboration with center leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years' experience in ECE/CD setting.
• At least 1 year mentoring and leading other adults or teaching staff.
• Completion of 15 ECE units (3 in administration or staff relations and core units) OR higher qualifications as listed.

Responsibilities

• Forecast staffing needs in consideration of business requirements and changing environment.
• Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to staff regularly so that they can deliver their best.
• Conduct Annual Performance review on time and provide regular feedback.
• Develop professional growth plans with staff and provide opportunities for continuous growth and development.
• Ensure program quality and compliance with licensing and Catalyst policies.
