Spring Health is seeking an Onsite Workplace Mental Health Consultant with therapy expertise to deliver EAP counseling and management consultations at the Huntsville, AL site. The role includes incident response, program promotion, and training, with licensure in AL and potentially FL.

Qualifications

• Licensed mental health professional with AL independent licensure.
• Experience providing EAP counseling and management consultation.
• CEAP certification is preferred; supervisory experience a plus.
• Ability to work with diverse populations and in healthcare settings.
• Strong communication, documentation, and risk assessment skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site EAP counseling to managers, people teams, and employees in Huntsville, AL, 8a‑4p local time.
• Deliver management consultations to leaders to boost wellbeing and workplace effectiveness.
• Assess risk and develop Recovery Plans for referred employees.
• Coordinate mandatory Drug Free Workplace referrals and critical incident response.
• Deliver trainings and promote Spring Health benefits; maintain confidential documentation.
