ComPsych Corporation in Santa Clara, CA is seeking an Onsite EAP Counselor to provide direct clinical services at the client's site. The role requires a valid clinical license, a strong clinical background, and the ability to make quick, accurate decisions.

This part-time position (20 hours per week, 3 days) focuses on short-term counseling, crisis intervention, referrals into benefit plans, and workplace behavioral health consultations.

About the Role

Our Onsite EAP Counselor is responsible for providing direct onsite clinical services at our customer's site in Santa Clara, CA. The Onsite EAP Counselor will possess a clinical licensure; demonstrate a strong clinical background, and the ability to make quick and accurate clinical decisions.

What We're Looking For

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $85 - $110 Hourly Rate . The pay range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, and scheduled hours.
