Job summary

Ortho Molecular Products, a leading dietary supplement manufacturer, is seeking a CRM Developer to optimize the Dynamics 365 CRM and leverage data analysis to drive improvements. The role is onsite, Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm, with responsibilities spanning updates, workflows, security, and end-user support.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree or 2–3 years in software development, plus 1–3 years of Dynamics 365 or similar CRM experience and skills in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and .NET.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 2–3 years of software development experience.
• Strong understanding of CRM technologies, integration practices, and security.
• Advanced experience with CRM systems (Dynamics 365 preferred).
• 1–3 years with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or other CRM platforms.
• 1 year of experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS and/or .NET.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps & GitHub.
• Excellent organization, project management and communication skills.
• Team players with diligence, adaptability and thoroughness.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the Dynamics 365 CRM system including updates and workflows.
• Provide end-user support and troubleshoot system-related issues.
• Deliver training and documentation for new features or updates.
• Monitor data quality, integrations, and migrations across CRM and ERP.
• Collaborate with IT and BI to resolve CRM data issues.
• Evaluate and align CRM functionality with business goals.
• Perform daily admin tasks and user support for CRM users.
