Job summary

Ortho Molecular Products is seeking a CRM Developer onsite in Illinois to optimize the Dynamics 365 CRM, implement workflows, and enhance data quality. You will support end users, deliver training, and collaborate with IT and BI to align CRM capabilities with business goals.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree or 2–3 years of software development experience, strong CRM knowledge, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, .NET, and familiarity with Azure DevOps and GitHub.

• Bachelor’s degree or 2–3 years of software development experience in related field.
• Excellent understanding of CRM technologies, integration practices and general security.
• Advanced experience using a CRM system (D365 preferred).
• 1 to 3 years experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS and/or .Net.
• Familiarity with Azure Dev Ops & GitHub.
• Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to end-users, addressing system related issues and troubleshooting errors.
• Deliver training and documentation for users on new system features or updates.

• Evaluate and improve system functionality to align with business goals.
• Monitor end-user usage of systems and perform daily administrative and user support tasks.
• Collaborate with IT and BI departments to identify and correct issues related to CRM data.

Ortho Molecular Products is seeking a CRM Developer to help drive business success by optimizing CRM system capabilities and leveraging data analysis to identify opportunities for improvement. In this role you will solve business challenges, streamline processes, and enhance system functionality through innovative technical solutions.

What to Expect:

• This position is onsite Monday through Friday (8:00am to 5:00pm)
• Manage and maintain the Dynamics 365 CRM system, including updates, enhancements, workflows and ensuring system security and reliability.

What You Will Contribute:

What You Will Receive:

• The salary range for this position is $55,000 -$75,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
