Job description

Immediate need for a talented D365 CRM Developer. This is a 06+ months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Redmond, WA (Onsite).

Pay Range: $78 - $80/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Design & Development
• Customize Dynamics 365 forms, entities, business processes, and workflows to meet organizational needs
• Develop plugins and custom workflow activities using C# and CRM SDK.
• Build RESTful web services and integrate third-party applications.
• Use tools like PowerFx, Plugin Registration Tool, XRM Toolbox, and Ribbon Workbench.
• Customer Service Capabilities
• Implement omnichannel support including live chat, email, and virtual agents.
• Configure agent interfaces (Unified Service Desk, Customer Service Hub) for tailored experiences
• Enable case management, scheduling, and escalation workflows.
• Embed Customer Service in Teams and Outlook for seamless communication.
• Marketing Integration
• Work with Customer Insights and Marketing modules to support outbound and real-time journeys
• Develop marketing automation flows using Power Automate and Customer Insights.
• Support campaign management, lead scoring, and customer segmentation.
• Data & Reporting
• Leverage Power BI and Customer Service Insights for dashboards and analytics.
• Migrate data using Azure Data Factory and Dataverse
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with security and governance standards.
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineering teams.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and CI/CD pipeline management.
• Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders.
