Job summary

M9 Solutions is seeking a Product Support Engineer to support a government contract in Annapolis Junction, MD. The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance and on-site work.

You will work with engineers to troubleshoot Java apps, manage Linux and Windows environments, and help maintain system reliability under government standards. The position involves documenting client requirements, performing testing of releases, and ensuring disaster recovery capabilities.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or closely related field.
• 5+ years in a client-facing role as a system integrator, system administrator, or system engineer.

Responsibilities

• Install, update, configure, administer, troubleshoot, and monitor Linux/Windows VMs running Java apps.
• Collaborate with software engineers to fix bugs and support deployments.
• Test new software releases for production readiness.
• Implement configuration management aligned with the client.
• Perform on-site backup and disaster recovery operations.
• Document and relay client requirements clearly.
