Job summary

Beach Front Property Management, Inc. is seeking a hands-on District Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of approximately 115 units across 16 apartment communities in the South Bay Area.

This role requires living onsite at the Redondo Avenue community while providing operational oversight, resident support, leasing assistance, and property management services throughout the Long Beach portfolio. Qualifications

• 2+ years of apartment/multifamily property management experience.
• Spanish bilingual.
• Experience with Yardi or AppFolio.
• Willing to live onsite at the assigned property.
• Ability to travel between properties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across assigned apartment communities.
• Manage resident relations, notices, lease compliance and collections.
• Coordinate maintenance requests, vendors and unit turns.
• Conduct inspections and support property upkeep standards.
• Assist with leasing activity, renewals and occupancy goals.
• Manage deposit accounting and compliance timelines.
• Travel between properties as portfolio needs dictate.
• Maintain communication with leadership regarding property performance.
