Beach Front Property Management is seeking a seasoned Regional Property Supervisor to lead a portfolio of multifamily communities across Southern California. You will guide onsite teams, optimize operations, and drive financial performance while elevating resident experience.

The role requires strong leadership, a track record of managing multiple properties, and expertise in California landlord-tenant laws.

Qualifications

• 3 or more years of proven leadership across multiple properties.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multi-site operations and budgets.
• Knowledge of California landlord-tenant laws and Fair Housing.
• Proficiency in Yardi Voyager.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations across multiple apartment communities
• Serve as primary liaison between property owners, onsite teams, and leadership
• Ensure compliance with policies, California regulations, and Fair Housing laws
• Manage rent collection, expenses, and financial performance
• Prepare and review monthly budgets and financial reports
• Lead hiring, training, and performance management of onsite staff
• Ensure vacancies are filled efficiently and occupancy goals are met
• Oversee property inspections, maintenance standards, and capital projects
• Support repositioning strategies and portfolio improvements
• Conduct regular site visits and portfolio assessments
