Beach Front Property Management, Inc. is seeking a hands-on District Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of about 115 apartment homes across 16 communities in the South Bay.

This role requires living onsite at the Redondo Avenue community in Hermosa Beach, handling daily operations, resident relations, leasing support and maintenance coordination while traveling between properties as needed. The position offers hourly pay, a monthly auto allowance and housing at a reduced rent.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of apartment or multifamily property management experience.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Spanish bilingual.
• Comfortable managing multiple properties/sites.
• Experience with Yardi, AppFolio, or similar property management software.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing and California property management practices preferred.
• Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Comfortable living onsite at the assigned Whittier property.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance requests, vendors, and unit turns.

$22.00–$25.00/hour + $250 Monthly Auto Allowance

Housing:

1 Bed / 1 Bath Apartment Included (Employee Rent: $1000/month)

Full-Time | Monday–Friday

About The Role:

Beach Front Property Management is seeking a hands‑on District Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of approximately 115 units across 16 apartment communities in South Bay Area.

This position requires living onsite at our Redondo Avenue community while providing operational oversight, resident support, leasing assistance, and property management services throughout the assigned Long Beach portfolio.
