Job summary

Heartland Food Products Group is seeking a Digital Merchandising Manager to lead the digital shelf across retailers, optimizing imagery, copy, and brand messaging for Splenda and SlimFast. This on-site, Bentonville-based role partners with Marketing, Packaging Design, and Sales to drive eCommerce growth and omnichannel performance.

The position focuses on content syndication, retailer requirements, and conversion optimization through analytics dashboards and scorecards.

Qualifications

• On-site role in Bentonville, AK.
• Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in eCommerce, digital merchandising, or CPG category management.
• Strong understanding of digital shelf content syndication, retailer requirements, and online conversion principles.
• Experience with Syndigo, 1WorldSync, Salsify, DAM systems, and Walmart Marketplace preferred.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Adaptable to a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Digital Shelf Management: Syndicate and maintain product content across retailer sites and portals; ensure accuracy and retailer alignment.
• Retail Partner Management: Manage Walmart Marketplace operations, pricing validation, and cross-functional coordination.
• Reporting & Process Improvement: Generate eCommerce sales and content performance reports; drive process improvements.
