Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in eCommerce, Digital Marketing, or Category Management
• Preferred: proficiency in PIM/DAM systems, syndication platforms, and digital shelf analytics tools

Responsibilities

• Own Digital Shelf Performance & Analytics: track KPIs and conduct audits to drive brand growth
• Develop AGC plans for future retail readiness (GEO/AIO for AI search)
• Drive PDP optimization and content strategy across retailer sites
• Lead digital execution for New Product Launches and updates with cross-functional teams
• Manage retailer and vendor relationships for tailored digital shelf solutions
