Job summary

Hill’s Pet Nutrition, part of Colgate-Palmolive, seeks a Digital Shelf Associate to own the brand presence across eCommerce touchpoints and drive conversion on major retailer sites. You’ll craft the shopper journey, ensuring a best-in-class brand experience and seamless PDP content to maximize performance.

You’ll report to the U.S. Marketing function and collaborate with Brand, Sales, and Supply Chain teams to ensure 100% readiness of images, copy, and keywords for all product launches and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing or category management.
• Preferred skills include PIM/DAM, digital shelf analytics, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own Digital Shelf Performance & Analytics: track KPIs and conduct audits.
• Develop GEO and AIO readiness plans for AI shopping.
• Drive PDP optimization, content strategy, and mobile-first assets.
• Lead digital execution for New Product Launches and updates.
• Manage retailer relationships and vendor costs/SOWs.
