Job summary

ADP in Florham Park is seeking a Digital Sales Associate to sell payroll, tax, human resources, and benefits solutions to new and existing clients using the latest digital technology. You will serve as a consultative business partner to CFOs, HR and Payroll Administrators at companies ranging from Fortune 100 organizations to small, innovative businesses.

To start, leaders provide daily goals around dials, talk time, and appointments set.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of sales experience or completion of a sales internship.
• Military experience helpful for teamwork, resilience, negotiation and trust-building.
• College degree not required; relevant experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Sell ADP solutions to new and existing clients using digital technology.
• Meet daily goals around dials, talk time, and appointments set.
• Act as a consultative business partner to CFOs, HR and payroll admins.
