Job summary

CVS Health in Franklin, TN is seeking a Document Imaging Tech to convert physical documents into digital images and manage document workflows. You will organize materials, perform data entry into the company database, and maintain file structures for efficient retrieval.

The role includes mail/logistics duties and supporting archival processes. The ideal candidate has 1 year of data entry experience, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience data entry.
• 5 days a week onsite.
• Knowledge of MS Office products, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• General computer knowledge.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs (case of copy paper).
• Working knowledge of problem solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Operates scanning equipment, such as high-speed scanners or multifunction devices, to convert physical documents into digital images.
• Organizes and sorts documents according to specific criteria to ensure they are properly prepared for scanning.
• Performs data entry tasks to capture, scan, and transmit relevant information from the scanned documents into the company database.
• Maintains file structures, naming conventions, and access controls to facilitate efficient retrieval and storage of documents.
• Assists in the archiving or disposal of physical documents once they have been scanned and converted to digital formats.
• Log, notify and deliver incoming packages from UPS, FedEx and USPS into internal tracking system.
• Performs research for missing or insufficient information.
• Assists in maintaining production and department records.
• Special projects including sending packages, processing mail and returned mail.
