Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• 8+ years in software development, B2C focus.
• Prior technical lead or management experience.
• Full-stack experience across frontend and backend.
• Experience with high-performance, scalable ecommerce.
• Git version control and CI/CD expertise.
• Full-time, on-site role with 5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Ensure code quality, reviews, and security standards.
• Collaborate with product, UX/UI, and backend teams.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues and production bugs.
• Mentor junior developers and share best practices.
• Own technical work from design to deployment and maintenance.
