• 2–4+ years in digital marketing or ad ops, preferably in financial services.
• Deep experience with ad operations workflows and content management tools.
• Proven ability to manage multi-channel campaigns with strong QA standards.

Responsabilidades

• Orchestrate end-to-end digital campaign lifecycles across owned web and mobile channels to drive omnichannel customer acquisition and cross-functional execution.
• Direct QA protocols and test environments to safeguard digital user experiences, campaign accuracy, and launch timelines.
• Design precision audience targeting rules, A/B experiments, and personalization engine requirements to maximize campaign relevance and conversion impact.
• Mitigate operational risk by evaluating platform migration pipelines, tracking readiness, and delivering launch communications to stakeholders.
